I recently found the website for Derryloran Parish Church (Church of Ireland), Cookstown:

On the menu click on Parish Registers - there are several PDF files with images of baptisms, a few marriages & burials, from 1797 to approx. 1900. Some are difficult to read, but most are very clear. If you download them, rather than accessing the link to the PDF file, they are easier to view.
Even if your relative didn't attend this church, check it out - early baptisms include Presbyterians and Roman Catholics. Be warned - there are a lot of illegitimate children included!
