Title: Theodore Matthias Brown family

Hello, I am searching for information on my great great grandfather. Theodore Matthias Brown was born in the U.S. June of 1874. He came to Canada around 1906 with his family- wife Martha Susan (Susie), and daughters Mildred and Ethel. They settled in the Macleod area of Alberta. I think the name Dorcas is a family name somewhere, it was my grandmother's middle name. I don't know anyone further back than these family members. Does anyone else have any information?

Evidently Theodore Matthias Brown and "Susie' Landholt were married 12 Aug  1897 23Grantfork, Madison, Illinois, USA

Theodore's parents - Father Mathias Brown born  13 March 1823  in  Richland County Ohio, died 27 Nov 1903  in  Leef Township, Madison County, Illinois
Mother Ann "Nancy" Emmons born Mar 1785 in  Virginia, USA   died 28 Sep 1868 in  Hancock Co. Illinois

Mathias' parents
Father - John Brown born 3 Apr 1779 in  Main Township Columbia? died 5 Apr 1851 in  Hancock County, Illinois,
Mother - Ann "Nancy" Emmons born March 1785 in  Virginia died 28 Sep 1868 in Hancock Co. Illinois.

It may be very worthwhile to contact the owner of the tree.
