Is the Flavell family of Metal collectors originally from Sedgley Staffordshire,eventually Blakeland Street Saltley Birmingham known among the Romany community please? They marry with Lewis.Williams and Stanley families. One daughter was given the name Partena which i haven't found before and wonder if that is also a Romany name?
Was there a community living on Blakeland Street in the 1800s?
