William Harold Thomas died 16 December 1961 in rookwood hospital cardiff aged 64. his residence was 7 heathway cardiff and he was a commercial traveller. his widow was the informant. M.O. Thomas. i am thinking she is Margery O Muston who married a william H Thomas in Sep 1925 in cardiff.
i thought the cert was for william henry thomas but as middle names are not shown completely on the index, it turns out its not the one i want!
if this is related to anyones family i am willing to post it out to you.
