Two reports of loans made to purchase farms during the early 1900s.

They begin with the estates but further in the name of the purchaser and townland.
Size of farm, value, amount borrowed and so on.
Found my great grandmother off now to see it I can find any more :D

They are for Loans but there is also something similar for those who bought land without needing loans.. date of purchase, acreage etc.
Unfortunately I don't have web link to them but they are on EPPI too.

There seems to be a few reports along these lines but finding them is the problem.
this BTW is a repayment book for a Land Commission loan, there must have been a lot of these in the country at the time.

Another one of loans but I can't see the images only the transcript so hard work searching it, I used Find on Page but as auto transcripts are not always correct you have to be careful.

Finally found another great grand parent in this one. The one the book above belonged to so I knew he had to be there somewhere.

Doing pretty good have 3 of the 4 great grandparents farms. I was using the start of the title of the records as the search term, leaving out the year, worked okay but I found just googling the family name and the name of the townland (which is how I found the first one) worked better.
