Title: Archibald Maclay was born in Killearn in 1776, looking for Maclay Ancesters

My great,great,great grandfather Archibald Maclay was born in Killearn in 1776 . I can't find anything about his grandfather Moses Maclay who also is from that area . Archibald was married to Mary Brown , daughter of William Brown of Glasgow. Can anyone give me some help with Moses?
