I have two WW1 medals inscribed for L M Flack, spr, RE, reg no 281598.
I believe him to be Louis Matthew Flack, b1881 in the Epsom, Surrey area, son of Matthew & Charlotte Flack. If living members of the family would like them, I would pass them on.
