Title: George Gill from Blackburn Lancashire

Trying to trace Gill family from Blackburn.  George Gill married Emily Farnworth and they had several children  - Joseph, George, Amy, Emily, Margaret born July 1929, William.  George was son of William Gill and Elizabeth??  Not much to go on and no other dates

Hi from the FreeBMD site the marriage was George Gill to Emily Farnworth Dec qtr 1924 Haslingden 8e 167

If you go to FreeBMD click on births put in surname Gill and Mother Surname Farnworth then a date range from say 1925 to 1935 then click Find, it will bring up all the children of a Gill/Farnworth marriage for you.

they married at Accrington, St Mary Magdalen,if it helps  :)

worth noting for future reference.....there is an Emily Farnworth b 1903 Leeds in Blackburn in the 1911 census.

There is a death for an Emily Gill b 1903   died 1950    in Blackburn.

conjecture i know....you really need the marriage certificate to be sure.

Sorry to be a bit confusing with my post but 1881/1891 is your Goerges Father William and his Parents.

I cant post 1911 Census details but that is how I followed William back.
I cant find William and Wife Elizabeth Ann and Children in 1901 so far.
