Looking at surrounding properties I think the name as it appears on OS maps is Blaen egnant (uchaf or isaf)
These properties are in the top right hand corner of this map

I maybe asking too much but would it be possible to locate Rees Price in 1871.
-

Wondering if this is him - Jeffrey farms 259 acres at Ynishir, Llanfihangel Nant Bran. Blaenhegnant Ucaf is three properties later on the census (for info I have found references to Blaenhegnant on Welsh newspapers online, but not Blaen Egnant)
Jeffrey Price 54 b Llandilo
Gwen Price 44 b Ll Nant bran
Gwen Price 15 - daughter b Ll Nant bran
Mary Price 13 - daughter b Ll Nant bran
Rees Price 8 - son b Ll Nant bran <<<
Jeffrey Price 5 - son b Ll Nant bran
William Price 44 - brother, unmarried, b Llandilo. Farm servant
Daniel Thomas 46 - brother in law b Ll Nant bran. Farm servant
Elizabeth Samuel 23 - niece, visitor, b Aberystwith, Monmouthshire
Rees Samuel 18 - nephew, visitor, b Aberystwith, Monmouthshire

Ignore the above - still with his mother and a different wife in 1891! Sorry

i think this is a better option, and fits the name of Rees' first born son. this is at Baunant [?], Llandilofane (or Llandeilo'r fan) which is not far from Llanfihangel Nant Bran. Another look at the 1891 census image suggests his birthplace is Llandilofane, not Llandilofawr. All are born in the parish, all David's children
David Price 57 - farmer of 235 acres. Widow
Margaret Price 28
Ann Price 25
John Price 18
Jane Price 15
Thomas Price 13
Rees Price 11
Elizabeth Price 8
Sarah Price 7
RG10, 5578, 61, 2

this is the same family as that suggested for 1881 on your thread in 2007
