Title: Berkshire Probate Index look-up please - WILLIAMS of Lambourn

I would be very grateful if anybody possessing the Berkshire Probate Index CD could look up the surname WILLIAMS in Lambourn prior to 1700.

I am particularly interested in locating a will for William Williams who was buried in Lambourn on 5th May 1696.

Find My Past have the Berkshire Probate Index for 1653 to 1710.  When I put the name William Williams in the search box only one page popped up.

At the bottom of the page is a Wm., yeo, White Waltham, 1694.  W. Admon. Inv. 139/13

Haven't a clue what the W etc means.
