Hi,
  Looking for the birth parents of Alfred William Noel born 9th Dec 1880.
How can I get a copy of his birth ??

Hi

There's a baptism for Alfred William Noel born 9th Dec 1881, baptised 18th Jan 1882 at St Helier Parish Church. Father Edwin James Noel, a policeman and mother Mary Martha Arnold. They were also the god-parents.

This doesn't seem to tie up with the 1891 census where EJN appears to be married to an Elizabeth Jane.
