  Looking for Edwin James Noel birth abt 1852, 2 marriages abt 1878 to Mary Martha Arnold & 1887 to Eliza Jane ??
Edwin James death after 1920
Also Alfred William Noel born 1881 marriage /Death.

There is a death in Poplar (London) that may fit  :-\

His second wife was Eliza Jane Arthur according to the baptism of their son William Arthur. He is a Policeman in the later census records.
