Hello, Hecate - and a Merry Christmas to you!
I hope you can still help out. I'm trying to find out who was living at 23 Buchanan Street, Leith/Edinburgh, between 1948-1955. I'm hoping to find a Campbell family living at that address, but so far I haven't had any luck.
Happy holidays!
Pat

Hi
Would you be able to see if there is a Andrew Tod / Todd and his wife Elizabeth living in Leith. They were there is the 1860's so if you could look in your earliest book that would be wonderful.
Thanks

thanks MonicaL - this is a fab resource :) finding that I make great leaps ahead when I find these things but it is just figuring out what is avail and where. Every country and county is different.

Have a look always at the top of each county board as there can be useful sources and links included.
For Edinburgh and maps etc, have a look at this great resource www.edinphoto.org.uk/ As the name implies, it started with photos and images but has now grown into a very special and unique resource.
