From Rose anna McIlvenna 1907 Scottish death certificate, I have learned parents are Hugh McIlvenna and Rose Crozier. From Irish marriage record 1855 (Belfast) confirmation of Hugh McIlvenna as father with occupation, weaver.
No birth date for Rose Anna McIlvenna but sources suggest about 1837, possible Armagh.
Any information on Rose McIlvenna or her parents would be appreciated. Addresses, birth ceritificate etc.

so nothing but negative results

Thank you so very much, alot to sift through. Thank you for doing Crozier cross match that might give more clues for location, as the census records in Scotland have not beenvery useful. It's been such a brick wall for me.

Not everyone is listed in Griffith's . However, it's possible that Hugh McIlvenna had died before Griffith's (Irish marriage certificates often do not indicate that a parent is deceased).
