Thanks for previous replies to Hutton now looking for a death/divorce of George Huttons first wife, Jane Roberts B 1807 M 21.4 1833 just wondered what had happened to her, think the area was Linlithgow west lothian

Looking at the 1841 Census George Hutton was probably widowed by then.
Did he remarry in 1843 , Janet Brown ?

As far as i know yes he did, that means Jane probably died between 1833 and 1841, its a mystery but thanks for that
