This is Harriet born 1869. It's in England and would be helpful to know when the photo was taken.

She looks to be in her late 30's or 40's so around 1910-ish give or take.

The high(ish) waist makes me think it could be closer to 1910 than 1900, perhaps even 1912ish?

I'm afraid I don't have the original, it's a copy my mother had done several years ago.

Edwardian & possibly up to WW1.
Her buttoned skirt is very similar to the hobble skirt worn just before the war.
