Title: Help to transcribe baptism record

Could someone please help transcribe the last baptism in the following record.

William ?????? son of john todd and esther his wife was baptized march 7th 1802.

I thing the xxxx may Ba????.

My guess would be Bassel or possibly Basset

I think it is Basset, comparing all the entries,  only the t's in Baptised are clearly crossed, all the rest look like the letter l.

I thought that but if you enlarge it enough there is a tiny mark on the right of most of the ts which is why I suggested either/or.

Do you know of either of these names being a surname in the family, Gary?

I think it looks like William Basset.

The writer doesn't always cross the letter t.

Thanks to everyone for your help.  I did wonder whether it was Basset as i can remember reading somewhere that an f can represent ss. Seems an unusual name though. Also this person never shows up in any further records in the North Norfolk area (Roughton). I've checked parish records, at, bt, census etc but nothing. All his siblings and parents remained in the area until death so i haven't looked further afield.
