Title: Kendall's Morland and Newby
Post by: Jeffrey on Saturday 28 November 15 15:06 GMT (UK)
Is anyone else researching the Kendall family around Morland, Newby and Newbie Stones (Staines) and that area.

I am trying to put them into families but there seems to be a lot of John's and Thomas's so a joint effort may be good.

What time period?
Who is your starting point?

Probably best to start with censuses - as then they will almost certainly be in family groups?

Yes, have them in the census's but want to go back in time from the early census's and early 1800's to see which part of the family they originated from.

I have some in groups which I think may be OK but would rather wait and see if others have the same, rather than preempt something which may not be right.
