Was W J working/living there at the time & do you have his abode at time of death?

Hi Annie

I know from the 1911 census when he was lin Lancashire that he was a Seaman. I would think he was still in that occupation when he died at Gairloch. His wife was Mary Jane and he had children Leonard, Charles, Robert, William & Winifred who all moved to Fleetwood Lancashire That is all I know.

Thanks

I read it that he was born 1911 in Fleetwood but that can't be the case if he was a Seaman in 1911?

Also...he had family who moved to Fleetwood so not sure where/when W J was married, lived & when/where had his family before he moved?

Annie

Do you have his death cert?
What was his recorded as cause of death?
Who was the informant?

If not, how did you find he died in Gairloch at that date?

I am helping a friend to do her husband's family tree as a surprise so cannot ask him. That is the information she has and her husband does not have the death certificate.
