hello
i am looking for information on my fathers family from guernsey ci. his mother came from st.malo in france and father from st. saviours in guernsey i know his mother came from a large family mainly girls , i think as many as 10 sisters .
my fathers brother was killed on a battleship off gibraltar in the second world war and i believe there is a monument to them at st. peter port guernsey .i am trying to get my french grandmas maiden name through parish registers both in guernsey and st.malo

The CWGC site (Commonwealth War Graves Commission) also list some Torodes from WW1?
3 of them were in the Royal Guernsey Light Infantry.
