Title: David Ross Duncan, Port Glasgow to South Africa
Post by: isk on Monday 25 January 16 23:35 GMT (UK)
Hello  I am looking for any information about David Ross Duncan born in Greenock, Scotland, on Christmas Day1878. He married Janet Fyfe in Port Glasgow on 20 April, 1907 and they left for Cape, South Africa aboard the Kenilworth Castle on 6 May 1907  There is a notice in the Port Glasgow Express, announcing the birth of a son to Mr & Mrs David R Duncan at Bksburg, Transvaal on 17 March 1908.
I wonder if there were other children and what happened to the family?

Thank you in advance for any information.  isk

David and Janet had three children - Thomas Simon; Margaret Rose and Grace Nann (born 18/11/1918). I have downloaded his death certificate so if you send me a PM with your email address I will send it on to you.

I will see if I can follow up on what happened to the children.
