Can anyone date it please? Swindon Libraries dated it as 1880s but say it is an 'early photograph'; the book Gamekeeper at Home based on the family was published in 1878.

About a decade later.
The puffball type sleeve was a late style of the Gigot sleeve which dates it mid-late 90's.
