Hello! Julius Wortmann and his wife Amalie Böge, from Wuppertal  migrated to Brazil in the 1800's.ca someone help me?

How to get them out records of Wuppertal - Elberfeld (something like birth certificate, baptism certificate, marriage certificate)?

How to get some certificates: births, baptisms, Julius Wortmann wedding married Amalie Böge, in Wuppertal / Elberfeld (they probably born before 1860 and emigrated to the big Rio do Sul, Brazil, before 1873), religion Evangelica- Lutheran .
