Francis JEFFERSON was born sometime around 1745. I know he was married July 7, 1764 to Jane BOND in Bainton, Yorkshire. Can someone do a lookup to see who/what is listed on the marriage transcript? I am trying to determine Francis' birth records to determine his parentage. I'm hoping his marriage record helps.
Known children from this marriage are: Ann (Jefferson) Walker, Thomas Jefferson, Francis Jefferson, Richard Jefferson and Jane Jefferson.

For what it's worth, there is a tree on A.....y that has Francis Jefferson born 1745 Bielby, son of Stephen Jeferson & Elizabeth Welsh.

I have seen that record, but I seem to re-call that this couple was married in 1746, and that I couldn't find a record of Francis in Bielby, Yorkshire, England.
I am thinking that this might be a mistake and Francis (m: Jane Bond) might be from Seamer (c: 05 Apr 1750) (s/o Henry Jefferson and unknown spouse).

There is a Baptism record for a Frances JEFFERSON in Kirkburn on Dec. 17, 1735, s/o John JEFFERSON of Gribthorpe.

Looks like Frances (b:1735) s/o John Jefferson, yeoman, died in January 1735 :( I wonder about the Francis born in 1732?

The 1764 marriage record states Francis Jefferson of Southburn in the Parish of Kirkburn and Jane Bond of this Parish. They married by License.
