Hi,
I am hoping to find anyone who may be researching the Poole's (or somebody linked by marriage).
I do have a lot of information that I am willing to share. Two heads are better than one.

I have an Ann Pool born approx 1789, who gives her birthplace in the 1851 census as "Cruddle, Wiltshire" which I took to be Crudwell. She's with husband George Woodman in Old Sodbury Gloucestershire (sometimes transcribed as Woodward)
