In 1939 living at Barn Cottages Shelone Road ,Briton Ferry Neath M.B., Glamorganshire RG101/7346F/010/37 Letter Code: XJSG SN438

Anyone know what PSN stands for?

Could it be PSV (Public Service Vehicle) instead of PSN.
Don't know if PSV was used in 1939.
