Looked at the 1911 where he is Thomas Francis Woodcock

GEORGE * Woodcock Baptised 24 April 1901, St Mary, Isles of Scilly (St Mary's), Cornwall
Parents THOMAS FRANCIS and MAGGIE
Fathers Occp Farmer
(Source FreeREG)

So he married twice as I am sure you know;
1896 to Maggie Winter
1904 to Annie Elizabeth D Watts

Sorry you might be right but you would either need Rupert Henry B/C to confirm.

Or find the 2 Annies on the 1901 Census to see if their dob/pob matches the 1911 Census.

Post 1911 I can only find 1 Birth;
Doris A Fletcher Sept 1911 West Bromwich, Mothers NM George

Sorry to put a spanner in the works.

Do you have a Death Reg or Burial for Annie Woodcock?

Sorry I think you are right and she was Annie George as I found this;;

Name: James Robinson Fletcher
Gender:Male
Spouse: Annie Elizabeth Dorcas
Child: Dora Watts Fletcher

No date given but there is a Birh Reg for Dora 1905 in Wales

Dora died 1943 Gloucestershire and probate was to Annie Elizabeth Dorcas Fletcher, Widow

Sorry to put you on the wrong track!

Trish :)

You are good Trish, we all have those moments, especially me.

I know I am working the wrong way around here.  This is a very side branch, and I am only looking due to a DNA match.  4th cousins removed, I guess I was pretty good with finding the connection this quickly.
Sadly my account into FindMyPast has been playing silly beggars the last two days and cannot access all the info I needed, so thanks for finding what you did.

Cheers

From Cornwall OPC Database:

Baptism, 30th June 1909  at St Mary's
Rupert Henry Woodcock son of Thomas Francis Woodcock (farmer) and Annie of St Mary's

(Notes: at Old Church, born 25 Oct 1909?!)

Baptism, 24th April 1901  at St. Mary's
George Winter Woodcock
Son of Thomas Francis Woodcock (farmer) and Maggie of St Mary's

Their coverage of St Mary's parish has:
Baptisms 1837-1913
Marriages 1755-1758  and  1837-1900
Burials 1819-1886, and 26 burials 1886-1906 "without Services of Church"

It might be worth contacting the OPC for Scilly?
