What happened to this family after 1860?
Parents Richard and Charlotte Charman die in the early 1840s leaving 7 children
Charlotte Louisa Charman born 1809 marries my Great Grandfather x Bartholomew Price born 1807 in 1832.
Samuel Charman born 1817, in 1851 he is a Sawyer, afterwards nothing.
Richard Charman born 1821, marries Elizabeth Crundell in 1858, on the 1861 census they have a wet child William Edwards born 1860, afterwards nothing
Henry Charman born 1824, dies 1844
William Charman born 1826, dies 1843
John Charman born 1831, marries Jane Price in 1860 than nothing
George Charman born 1836, living with his Uncle and Aunt Bartholomew and Charlotte Price in 1851, then nothing.
All baptised in Ludlow.
Found interesting is John marring Jane Price, wander if she would be related to my Price family. Her father was called James Price, that is all the information I can find so far.
Any help would be appreciated.

Charlotte Louisa Charman born 1809 marries my Great Grandfather x Bartholomew Price born 1807 in 1832.
I know it's not what you asked for, but their marriage date appears in fact to be 17 November 1836.
Children baptised at Ludlow before the marriage:
21 Jan 1831: Bartholomew, son of Charlotte Charman, dressmaker, of Goalford.
12 Sep 1832: Emily, daughter of Charlotte Charman, dressmaker, of Goalford.
22 Jan 1835: Maria, daughter of Charlotte Charman, shoebinder, of Goalford.

I have Bartholomew and Charlotte as marrying on the 10 June 1832, Shropshire. On Find My Past see the banns where called on the 27 May 1832 again on the 16 October 1836 and the marriage on the 17 Nov 1836. Oh why did they not marry until 1837 certificate could be ordered ???.
Maria was my Great Grandmother x 2.
Wander where I got the 10th June 1832 from ???

You can see the 1836 marriage register entry for yourself on Findmypast - Shropshire Marriages collection.
Perhaps they had banns called in 1832 but did not go ahead and marry then for some reason?

Found it thanks,

The Charman family in Ludlow were also regularly recorded as Charmer - I simply don't know which is the correct spelling. They may have been a splinter from the Charman family around Solihull/Redditch or a more-distant splinter from the Sussex/Surrey charmans - or not really Charmans at all!
I've included them in my one-name study of the Charmans, but if you want to follow them, you have to look under both names.
Some of them migrated to Cannock, Staffordshire - eg John CHarman/Charmer born Ludlow in 1931, who was recorded as John Chalmer in the 1911 census. He was married to Jane Price 28 Oct 1860 in Ludlow.
