Title: Burial in Madeley 1850 - which Church

I have found a possible burial February 4th 1850 (on FindMyPast) for an ancestor (Mary Osborne) buried in Madeley.

The actual image (Parish Records) just states Burials in Madeley, and I wondered if anyone knew which Church this would be.
