I found 2 of thomas and Margaret Spencer children Emanuel and Selina are on the 1841 census HO 107 / 749/ 6/ 11 staying with William and Ann Harris possibly these could be Margaret parents

In his will, proved 1843, (died 28th February 1843) William Harris of Trostre, Monmouthshire made bequests to his daughter Margaret Spencer. The principal beneficiary was his wife Ann Harris.
(Although he had farming stock he is described as a Mason)
One of the documents attached to the will was sworn by Emanuel Spencer, farm labourer of Trostre.

I see there is a place near Kemeys commander called Betws Newydd and i only can see baptisms from 1813 upwards the church is called St Aeddan maybe William and Ann were baptising children there.
