Post by: gogogadgetlegs on Thursday 21 April 16 11:41 BST (UK)
Has anyone any ideas where i could find Clayton family children born Drax between 1813 and 1824.  I have search most of the web for any children of John Clayton & Susanna MaryStubbs.  Thomas c1815, Sarah & Mary 1820. by 1841 census in Linwood, Lincs.
Thanks, gogogadgetlegs

Here is the 1841 from Linwood

John Clayton 40 Ag lab N
Susannah 39 N
Thomas 25 N
Robert 1 Y

Is this the family you are wanting?

What are the names and years of birth of all the children of John and Susannah?

This looks a strong contender for the Thomas from 1841 (especially seeing as his choice of names for his children)

1851

Thomas Clayton 36 woodkeeper and occupying 7 acres of land bn Burton Yorkshire
Winifred 30 bn Conningham Lincs

Thanx Lizdb & Jennifer C,
I have these census details but i am trying to find a baptism for them Thomas born c1815 one census Burton (Salmon) searched Monk Fryston BDM not there, so may be they where all baptised in Drax where his twin sisters Sarah & Mary born c1820 also Drax.  There is a possibility that they never got baptized, generally it is possible to find a baptism on the IGI or Find my Past but i can find no baptisms at all anywhere.
Could be i am having a senior moment so thought i would throw it open to see if anyone else can help,
