Title: William Saunders Fuller
Post by: Rodger on Saturday 04 June 16 18:45 BST (UK)
I'm trying to find a birth record for William Saunders Fuller who was born I believe on or about the 25, February 1942 or 3 in  Ontario, possibly in Chinguacousy Township, Peel County.
He is in the 1851 census and listed as the son of Cornelius and Elizabeth Fuller. But there are some family researchers who believe he was adopted. Elizabeth would have been about 48 years old when he was born and one ancestors record of the children of Cornelius and Elizabeth does not include William.
Cornelius and Elizabeth came from Prince Edward County before coming to Peel County and William may have been born there.
Any help would be appreciated.

Since you reference the 1851 census I guess it's safe to assume you meant 1842, not 1942.

Unfortunately Ontario didn't have civil registrations for births until 1869.

My mistake, of course I should have said 1842.
Thanks for this information Jacquie
