Sarah Leahy was born in County Cavan on 22 February 1877 in County Cavan. She was the daughter of Jane nee Higgins and Robert Leahy a farmer of Belfast, County Antrim . She died in Papatoetoe, Auckland, New Zealand. Does anyone know more about her family in Ireland?

If this is the same family then it looks like an older sister named Sarah might have died. However, I can't, at the moment, see a birth in 1877 in Cavan to match the details you posted.

Do you have her birth certificate or is that date of birth from a N.Z. record? and where does the father being a farmer of Belfast come from? very few farmers in Belfast but might he have farmed in Cavan and later moved into Belfast?

on family search name is spelt LAHEY

also say she was christened on same day she was born at 452 Balieborough 1.3.1869

The "452 Balieborough" indicates this is an extracted birth not a christening record- 452 is the page number in the birth register.

She had 8 siblings - Father Robert Laghy b: 1827, mother Anne Jane Higgins b: 1827 married in Carrickmacross 1851 Co Monaghan. Robert's father was James - from Enagh / Mullagh.
