Hi and welcome to Rootschat
The 1861 has an Elizabeth Watts aged 60 b St Mary's but she is a lodging house keeper
In 1851 she is transcribed as Watt b 1799 St Mary's - lodging house keeper
Are you descended from one of her children? None shown on either 1851 or 1861 censuses but she appears to be a widow
-
A potential marriage from Jerripediabmd.net:
2nd February 1828 at St Clement
George Watt, of London to Elizabeth Mary Fauvel, of St Clement
-
thanks,
She was never married as far as i can tell, her House keeper was Mary Pinel.
She was a well know author, and poultry keeper, i am writing a book about her life.
regards

Are you absolutely certain that the 1867 death is the right one? Do you have a copy of the cert and does it give her occupation on it?
-
Was Elizabeth Watts her real name or a pseudonym? The 1861 census has no entry for a Mary Pin(n)el housekeeper
-
The 1867 death is almost certainly wrong. The Elizabeth Watts who died on Dec 3rd 1867 was the widow of Robert Watcher and died at 3 Seaton Place aged 86.
Your Elizabeth Watts died in 1895, there is a copy of her will on the Jersey Archive site which was in the form of a letter to Mary Pinel, I can let you have the details if you PM me an e-mail address.

Bit more from the records of Sinnatt's Funeral Directors.
8th April 1895 Miss Elizabeth Watts died 3rd April 1895 at 69 St John's Rd. Buried at St Saviour with her brother and sister.

Thank you Folks, most helpful.

Would it be possible, to obtain a picture of the gravestone? I will pay any costs?
-
I can confirm that the correct death date is 1895.
I have downloaded the Will and Testement.
Progress is great..
