Title: James Y Simpson - Tailor - 1891 census born Scotland

A few years back someone very kindly provided me with information from the 1891 census for a James Y Simpson who was recorded as being 53 years old.

Now that I can access censuses on Find my past I thought I would find the image and save it.  So far I have not located it.

If someone can find it for me and let me know it is there I will keep looking.  Not sure what I am doing wrong.  He lived at 23 Arthur Street, Barton, St Marys, Christchurch, Gloucester.  He was a Tailor.

I have all his other censuses

On FamilySearch he is James G Limpson, living with Emily & Herbert Wanen?! :-\

Wow, thanks for your quick reply.  I should have recorded the extra bit of information along with census details I saved.

With just the census reference, you can search on that? ;D

Select A-Z of Record Sets.
Enter the census (e.g. 1891 Census) and search.
There should then be an option to enter the reference on the search page.
