I'm seeking descendants of John Henry "Jack" Palmer born Ballarat, Victoria 1881, died Elsternwick, Victoria 1966. He married Margaret Manser Hibbins in Ballarat in 1912.
It is said that he spent time in Western Australia, probably between 1924 and 1942, and joined the Salvation Army.
John Henry Palmer is the brother of my great-grandfather, Arthur George Palmer. Any information would be welcome.

Once again there are many public trees on ancestry and also your private tree. Have you made contact with the other tree owners?

And there was no period of residency in Western Australia showing on the electoral rolls before 1931 either.
The couple during those years were living in Soldiers Hill Region (Ballarat) where he was, for some years, a dairyman.
