Wondering if anyone knows if there are MI's for this cemetery or where the records would be kept. It is Nunhead cemetery, Linden Grove , Southwark. Thankyou in advance

Might be worth contacting these people http://www.fonc.org.uk/ it looks as if they are recording inscriptions.

As stated on the FONC website, registers are on Deceased Online or you can pay rather more for a lookup at the Southwark Cemeteries office. DO has some possible entries from the Southwark registers which you'll be able to narrow down from the date.
Be aware that Nunhead Cemetery is heavily overgrown and much of it is inaccessible, so unless her grave is near a path, the chances of finding it are slim. Also, an area near the Limesford Road entrance has been cleared and used for new graves. If get the square number, I can tell you what state it's in, and maybe go and look, but no promises as to when, let alone chance of success. No Wylies in photographs I've taken previously.

Are you looking for Mary Ann Wylie who died in 1847?
a free search at DeceasedOnline shows she is in a plot with 17 others, inferring she is in a common grave and unlikely to have a headstone
If this isn't the correct Mary Ann, can you give us a date of death
