i found this burial record for Elizabeth Hugh 14 Oct 1835 aged 37 madron penzance chapelry on the OPC website. Trying to find out who she belongs to, would there be any more information on this burial record

Probably not - for someone of that age, only name, age and residence is usually given at that date.  If there was a headstone and/or MI then you might get some more info.

You can browse the images of the Cornish registers on the FamilySearch site:

Make sure you check out each date range even if it looks like duplicates for the same parish - some of them refer to the parish church, which others are for the chapelries.
