Can anyone assist with information on Thomas Agnew and Elizabeth Main (or Mean), married in Wigtown, with children Thomas (b 1805), William (b 1811) and Andrew (b 1815)? Their marriage may have taken place in Kirkcolm, Wigtown on 21 Sept 1794, but we also have dates of birth for the pair (1788 and 1789 respectively) which make that impossible. The William Agnew born to them in 1811 was my g-g-g-g-grandfather.

There are other possible Children on F/S.Org 1795+ that just list Father as Thomas, no Mother named.

Andrew 1815 is easy to find on Census
Andrew 1794 is a Farmer of 347 acres, employing 9 in 1851 Census
