Another lovely, but faded photo of my great grandparents., Joseph Jackson and Sarah Ann Leavesley from about 1907.
Could do with a touch if anyone can help.
Many thanks

Thanks Carol - these are great. :)
I can't seem to get it right when I try!I tend to make everything look worse. ???
I think I will stick to card making and scrap-booking. I have just started my Family Tree album as I have recently inherited many old and tatty photos that I want to use.
Thanks for taking time out to help me out

You are welcome...it does take a lot of practise and patience...have a go at this free photo editing software...there are video tutorials to help you to master the tools:
https://www.gimp.org/
I don't use it but a lot of people I know do and get good results.

I use Gimp only, its not for me to critique my own efforts but it keeps me quiet. :)

A very rough and ready restoration, but just to give you an idea of what can be done in GIMP in less than five minutes.
