I have an Andrew Barnett born 1832
Where?
Does he name a father on his 1855 marriage cert?
-
1841 entry for Stoke upon Tern Shropshire
Elizabeth Barnet 65
Mary Barnet 25
William Barnet 25
Andrew Barnet 9
Above that entry is a Robert & Hannah Barnet aged 35 and 25
In 1851 he is still with the 1841 family and shown as "Relative"
You need his 1855 marriage cert but I'd hazard a guess he was illegitimate
-
I think you'll find he was illegitimate - familysearch have transcribed the surname as Barnel:
Andrew Barnel, bp.24/11/1831 Stoke upon Tern, son of Mary Barnel.
That being so, presumably the Mary on the 1841 census is his mother.
