Wondering if anyone is related to/knows of a Walter BAXTONDEN / BAXENDEN, father of Ann bc1803 and bapt Feb 1803 at Eccleston. Her mother was Margaret but I can't find a marriage for Walter & Margaret, or any siblings. Walter may be the son of Richard & Ann b 22-3-1780 at Croston.
I believe Ann BAXTONDEN married John WORTHINGTON of Bretherton on 22-9-1823 at Croston. However I think he died not long after having 2 daughters (Jane & Margaret) and Ann re-married to Andrew BERRY, a widower, on 11-9-1833 in Nth Meols. I can't find a burial for Walter, but I think Margaret might have remarried a Wm ARNOLD in 1824. My Berry/Baxendden family ended up in Chorley. My 3rd g-grandmother being the 2nd child of 5.
Hoping someone is able to help me with Walter & Margaret.
