Hi, im looking for any info on Eliza Dwyer, my great great grandmother. I've located her on 1861, 1871 and 1881 England census, after she married my gg grandfather, Edward Murdy, in Scarborough in 1854. I think she died late 1890/ early 1891.
She was born c. 1835 in Limerick and her father's name was Michael and according to the marriage cert he was a farmer. I can't trace them on the 1851 England census so am thinking they might still have been in Limerick. Thanks

There is a Michael Dwyer in Rathjordan in Tithe applotment books. Dwyer surname is fairly numerous and would require further proof if it is "your" Michael.
What was Elizas religious denomination? If RC you could try the parish registers at following link

Hi conahy, appreciate the pointer, I'll see what else I can find out. Someone did point out to me how common the name Dwyer was and that I need more info to verify any leads but every little thing helps
