On tbe marrage cert for his mother and father its waldron. Then ive seen it spelt weldon ..

If you have his parents marriage cert and her maiden name is Waldron - then why are you asking for proof of her maiden name? Did she sign as Waldron or as Weldon?

As you say he was born in Dublin I assume you mean the actual address where he was born in which case you would have to buy a copy of his birth cert
