My relative Martha Nixon b.1840 Leeds lost both her parents in the Cholera epidemic.I found her on 1851 Census in the Moral and Industrial training school for Pauper children,Leeds; no trace of her after this,is there a list of inmates who died there?
-
Where did you find her in LEEDS? I can only find a Mary NIXON of that age in Swinton Moral and Industrial Schools For the Towns, Eccles, Lancashire, and she was born in Ireland,
-
Are you sure your Mary did not die as an infant?

As OP is looking for Martha, not Mary - possibly an idea to change title of thread while possible.
1851 census ref for Martha HO107/2320 folio 1173 pg 10
1851 census for siblings HO107/2319 folio 860 pg 3

For info there's a death of a Martha Nickson in 1851 in Leeds, but that's not her as GRO register shows this was an infant
-
There is a burial in Beckett Street Cemetery of a Martha Nixon of the Wakefield Asylum - buried 25 Feb 1859. No age given but the GRO index says she was 19.
NIXON, MARTHA 19
GRO Reference: 1859 M Quarter in WAKEFIELD UNION Volume 09C Page 17
-
Case notes for Martha at the asylum - states she was from Leeds and admitted from the workhouse.
