There's a Tom Wilkins in the picture, my maternal grand mother was Doris Elizabeth Wright who married Arthur Leslie Wilkins. She moved to Bishops Cleeve from Taunton after 1941 ( exact date not known ) and separated from Arthur around 1943, I think.
I don't have a link to a "Tom Wilkins".
