I have a boxed set of London 1861 census which I have had since I ran Windows XP. Now I am on 10 I find it is not compatible. S & N have been unable to help. I find it difficult to believe that I have 20 discs that are unusable. Any advice to correct this would be much appreciated.

Run in Compatible Mode?
You should be able to Right Click Disk and have Option there....

Hi Davpri
Are the images on the 1861 discs pdf files? I know I have an 1841 set and they are.
If so I wonder if this is to do with the version of adobe acrobat on your computer. There's another post on rootschat about problems using adobe acrobat DC to view PDFs hosted on FindMyPast.
If your pdf viewer is adobe acrobat dc, getting hold of an earlier version (or competitor product) might overcome the problem.
best wishes
Jane :-)

Thank you. After several tries and contacting S&N I have now activated it.
