the 1851, 1861 you refer to is Joseph watts ( Channer)( half brother of jehu- issac Channer and ruth watts ) Jehu parents Issac and Mary Field ) and Elizabeth Possible( More ) Married in machester and yes she does seem to have different birth places

In Buckinghamshire Posse Comitatus 1798, there are:
Page 139, James Jourdan, cordwainer
Page 140, Thomas Jourdan, blacksmith
Page 140, William Jourdan, blacksmith
These are all in Chesham. If she was born in Chesham, then one of these is likely to be her father.
There are about 23,000 men listed in this volume, out of a total population of about 100,000 in Bucks in 1801, so these are probably most of the adult men in Bucks at that time.

Also, there's a will at Aylesbury for Joseph Jordan, of Chesham, carpenter, will proved 1822.
This is probably the Joseph Jordan, of Hundridge, carpenter, in the same book above, page 146. There's a Hundridge Manor a mile or two from Chesham.
