yes thats the one, thank you, it confirms a link.

can i ask if theres any information on her husband henry?... there are 3 possible candidates, who died in nuneaton before margaret - 22/2/1817. 6/5/1824 , and at chilvers coton 22/3/1818.
if theres an age, he probably lived in abbey street, that would be great because i have 6 contendants for which henry could have married margaret.
cheers.

Buried 22 Feb 1817 Henry Green age 84
Abby Street :D
-
The 1824 Henry was also Abbey Street age 70 so that gives a dilemma.
I suppose that one would be a better age for Margaret?
Can rule out the 1818 death as that was an infant.
-
thats really interesting, if the 1824 henry was margarets, theyd both die very close to eachother just 3 weeks apart. disease?... the 1824 henry does look more likely tbh.
thank you so much :)
-
henry 1817 who was 84 would have been 53 when he married margaret... in 1786, so unlikely.
-
hmmm.... so born in 1750, but the nearest match is 1754, the one i thought was 'the' henry was born in 1758 but thats surely too far off to be 70 in 1824.
he married maragaret hollis in coventry in 1786, is there any ifo on that marriage?
-
not the 84 year old henry, he married elizabeth blyth in 1758, she died in 1813 spouse henry green , nuneaton.
it only leaves henry d 1824...
-
No further info on the marriage apart from the date 21 Oct 1786.
Ages often were out but ???
Henry baptised 12 Aug 1750 Nuneaton had parents Thos and Sarah
Henry baptised 30 Dec 1754 Nuneaton had parents Saml and Sarah
Just for info the 1758 born Henry is on a couple of family trees with a death in 1836.
-
thats interesting, if henry 1758 did die in 1836 that would make him 78 give or take... and would rule him out, as margaret was a widow by late march 1824.
can henry dying in 1836 age be checked?

erm... how did i come up with 1750?... 1824 - 70 is 1754! so theres a compelling match.

The 1836 death age 78 is also Abbey Street, must have been a very long street full of Greens!

thats henry 1758 then.... and confirms i think the henry that married margaret hollis was the one born in 1754.
atkins are my direct maternal line, they also lived for several generations in abbey street! lol. (samuel atkins married mary green, daughter of henry and margaret) .
appreciate the help, im doing this for my infirm, elderly mother. :)
