Why are the rootschat shrunken links giving me a blank page? This one for me is blank, and one I made for myself from the Cityark page, and all I get from that one is another completely blank page? TinyURL is working for me, though.

I have just added the full link to my post. I also tried shrinking it again and it gave a blank page, I have reported it.

Hello, havent been on cityark for ages and just tried to go to the website and just keeps telling me "This site cant be reached" . Is everyone who were having trouble ok now, was anyone getting the same message as I was or is it my computer ?

I have just put the web address into 'downforeveryoneorjustme' and it is telling me it is down for everyone ::)

It's off again, and I hadn't finished what I was looking for.
Looking back through rootschat threads, it has happened before and so far has always come back, so here's hoping.

It was working ok yesterday mid morning when I checked. It is still ok today so hopefully it is now sorted.
It is good to have a record office that lets us have free access to these records. ;) ;D

The old site is down again at the time of writing this, the new site seems to have some bits if you can work your way through it, typical council, why make things easy when you can make it difficult,........ or perhaps its just me. ???

Know what you mean...some years ago when I found City Ark it was a brilliant resource and yielded up some images of my 18th c ancestors' baptisms & marriage. Let's hope the 'improvements' allow similar access

Does anyone know if the Medway City Ark is down for any reason? I haven't been able to access it for two days, just keep on getting the 'Please contact Adlib if the problem persists.' message after a few minutes. But I can't see anywhere that gives you an address to contact, very frustrating.
I've tried both of these URLs:-

I get the above message after clicking on 'Parish Records' and the second one which was posted on RootsChat back in Feb this year no longer works either:-
